Mixed age social leagues for players 7 to 11/12
Teams are placed in initial pools based on age/ability
Results are not recorded but playing pools are adjusted based on game results ie: teams winning consistently may be moved into a more challenging pool, and other teams may be moved into an easier pool.
Focus is on fun and ‘letting the kids play’ – street football concept allowing the kids to make the bulk of the decisions on the field with limited guidance from
coaches/parents.
Coaches are not required, a manager is however for communications and general coordination.
